Lifebalance is a series of 12 treatments over the course of 12 months. Each session commences with a consultation that gives clients tips on how to bring more balance to their lives. Through the consultation an intention is determined which is then taken to the treatment. A sublime gentle herbal oil treatment is given to the front of the body.
What is the goal of Lifebalance?
The goal of Lifebalance is more Balance, Equanimity and Happiness in our lives. This is achieved by learning how to bring one’s life into balance and harmony. Thereby it is possible to experience a better quality of physical, mental and emotional health. The main goal of Ayurveda is disease prevention and health promotion, it understands the intrinsic collaborative functioning of our mind, body and spirit.
What influences our happiness and sense of life satisfaction? The answer mainly lies in the day to day choices we make, our way of being and what we do. The imprints and conditioning, that were shaped in early childhood and years of development have a large impact here. This often leaves patterns of behaviour and thinking, which influence our being and actions today, some of which are not conducive to being able to live in a satisfied and harmonious way.
The great news is some awareness around conditions and patterns can be drawn out through the Lifebalance sessions and then they can be worked with. This helps us to return to a more authentic state, in Ayurveda this is considered to be closer to our innate Prakruti (constitution) we were born with. When we can better understand our life, how we lead it and what is happening around us, we have a better chance of finding more life satisfaction.

Do I need to prepare for Lifebalance in any specific way?
No preparation is necessary; simply come with an open mind and a willingness to embrace something new. If you’ve previously participated in the Amnanda Process or Moksha, that experience will greatly support your further development.
